1. Workshop & Digital Products. Once you register and access begins, fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions are outlined under our special guarantee.

2. 21-Day Guarantee - If you do not see improvement in focus, routine, or cooperation within 21 days, you may request a 100% refund. Refund requests must be made via email to happinessislovehil@gmail.com within 21 days of purchase. No questions asked.

3. Process - Send your cancellation/refund request to happinessislovehil@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, back to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items - Downloadable resources (eBooks, PDFs). Services already delivered.
